The Agency has four divisions:
The task of the probation division is to hold youth accountable for their actions, offer rehabilitative services to juvenile offenders, and provide a wide range of prevention services. The Guardian Ad Litem division assists the Court in supervising, assessing, and evaluating family dynamics. The goal of such assistance is to provide the Court the tools necessary to positively affect children involved in the judicial system either as a result of a divorce action or an abuse/neglect case. The Leighton Hall juvenile detention center is a temporary custody facility that houses juveniles who require a restricted living environment pending legal action.
